1. Arrive On Time

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• We recommend arriving no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure a seamless flow of appointments.

 

2. Payment Policy

• Payments in store are currently cash only. Please come prepared.

 

3. Guests Policy

• If you plan to bring someone with you to your appointment, kindly inform us in advance so we can accommodate appropriately.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• Late cancellations will incur a €20 cancellation fee.

 

5. Late Arrivals

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a €20 late fee will apply.

• Please note that arriving late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, depending on the remaining time.

 

6. No-Show Policy

• If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a €20 no-show fee will apply.

• Repeated no-shows or late arrivals may result in termination of client privileges.

 

7. Add-On Services

• Add-on services requested without prior reservation are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

 

8. Health & Hygiene

• For your safety and ours, please arrive with clean lashes if you are coming for a lash appointment. An eyelash cleaning service is available if needed, but additional fees apply.

 

9. Respectful Environment

• To maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that you minimize distractions during your appointment.

 

10. Updates to Policies

• Policies are subject to change, and updates will be communicated in advance when possible.
